That is not a RaspberryPi product.
That is something else, so you are missing some background info.
Either way, the Pi5 still needs 5V, preferably a bit more at 5.1V/5.2V (the alternative method) as any cable after that thing will reduce the voltage a bit.
Exactly the same as you would the Pi4
