Hello All i'm new to the Rasberry world and have recently acquired a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (1G RAM) and am having some weird boot issue only when i have a USB Flash Drive or SD card inserted that contains a boot file the display will go out as display signal is lost.
However as long as there isn't a USB or SD Card inserted with boot file on it then im able to get to the diagnostic screen as well as hold shift to get top the NET boot screen which i have also attempted to go through with the net boot installer however as soon as it downloads the installer and goes to reboot and run installer, the display is lost again.
I have tried numerous SD cards and USB flash drives, also with trying different OS installs (All from Raspberry Pi Imager on another Windows PC) and i get the same result every single time.
Power supply isn't issue as i have tested it (5V 3.0A 15W)
If you guys have any recommendation and advice to this or have any questions to help furthur troubleshoot i'm all ears!
