Thank you for your guidance and carefully giving the key code. I'll have to spend some time researching and digesting your suggestions since I basically don't understand programming, hahaIf I was going to try to "hack" the tuning tool myself, I might go to this bit of code.
This is where it separates out the 4 colour channels and stores them. I think if you were to find the first "OK" pixels in the interior of the image (maybe 50 or 100 pixels from the edge) then you could copy them over the exterior part that is causing the problems.
