Your solution worked....so if I understand this right....when I setup my rpi with the raspberry pi imaging software I must have created a username and this need to ssh in with
ssh username@hostname? Or ssh Crimson0087@photopi
Whereas my previous rpi setups I must have never setup a username and thats why it allowed me to say with
ssh pi@ipaddress?
I have 3 other pis and those I ssh with
ssh pi@ipaddress and had never done it any other way
