Hi.
I have a customized Raspberry Pi system that I boot from USB on lots of brand new RPIs and on some of them (lets say around half) it breaks the bootloader. Nothing appears on HDMI screen. Restoring bootloader with SD card bootloader image rescues the RPI and allows using the exact same system, but it's an extra time-consuming step.
The problem first appeared with RPI 5.
Any idea how to diagnose this issue? What to look for? What the system image must do to break bootloader configuration on some RPIs?
