I found the file lxde-pi-rc.xml in /etc/xdg/openbox and ...

Note: the file exists in the indicated place (under ~/.config) on my system, but that's because I am running an older version of Raspbian (When it was still called that) and still running LXDE. According to a post upthread, in Bullseye, they changed to something else (something other than LXDE) and, of course, now, in the latest version, they are running something else entirely.

So, yeah, it may take some heavy research to sort it out in a way that covers all extant versions of the OS. And, yeah, it may not be worth the effort.
