I would think "you have a 'systemd' configuration and this install will try to remove that, try to turn in into something else, is likely to break your system if it succeeds" would be a good start.The problem is what level of hand holding is appropriate?
It could be a simple community created database where 'this and that' being potentially catastrophic could be noted as an extra level of protection. If there had been an explicit "this will cause you serious grief" it would probably have had me not doing it without further research, seeking advice. As it was, it seemed no more deadly than any other install which you can easily revert if you change your mind.
