WaveShare have one: Power Over Ethernet HAT (F) For Raspberry Pi 5, High Power, Onboard Cooling Fan, With Metal Heatsink, Supports 802.3af/at network standard | PoE HAT (F)
I can see why POE would be a good thing for a remote station. My setup is at the "frankly amazed it works at all" level. My 4 GB Raspberry Pi 4B is not overly stressed by running BirdNET. The Raspberry Pi 3B+ I used last year got pretty hot, and could only analyse small samples.
It is pretty neat to hear a distinctive bird, then notice that BirdNET agrees.
