kernel wise the current unstable is already 6.7, so by the time it reaches stable it'll probably be 6.8 or 6.9, maybe even 7.0.I know it will feel pretty similar but there's
also an existence theorem - if Debian kernel 6.6 used in Trixie works on Pi 5 now there's a good prospect that a reliable vanilla version of Debian 13 will be made available by some third party when Debian 13 becomes the Stable version.
i think when i was testing the latest ubuntu, they were using a 6.8 kernel.
