My non-free software info-beamer[1] can do that. It implements a custom video decoder and presentation engine that uses FFmpeg and KMS/DRM to place a HEVC or H264 video across one or both displays connected to a Pi4 or Pi5 in a zero-copy way. I'm not sure there's any other program for the Pi that does that. It acts as DRM master to take over the complete output, so you can't have X or Wayland running at the same time.

It uses Lua for scripting, so for playing a single video on a loop you'd need a script similar to this one.

If you're lazy, you could also install the custom OS (one device is free) via https://info-beamer.com/download that wraps around that player software and adds a dashboard and you're probably have your video on both displays in 10 minutes.

[1] For Pi4/Pi5 you'll currently have to use the 2.0.0 prerelease version.
