C/C++ • Stackoverflow didn't like this so it's going here >:|

I'm looking for some base code (CPP, JS, or Python) to make a simple turret, using a raspberry pi(maybe, might be multiple or a different controller), 1 motor for horizontal rotation, 2 for vertical, 2 to feed projectiles (foam balls most likely), 4 motors for flywheels, and a camera.

Any code would be helpful, even tiny scattered fragments for parts of it would be nice. Thx for any help, because I am much better at making somewhat related code into a jank mess that works for me (aka, what most programming is in general), than I am at writing all of it from scratch.

I am attempting to use an AI library to identify people to point the turret at using coordinate output from the camera. (Hopefully won't be too hard...)

I tried searching around but couldn't find what I was looking for so I thought I might just crowd source scraps of code
